The Silver Belles Portland Theatre reviews
BEST CONCERT I'VE BEEN TO!
Opening with Mariachi El Bronx or something like that, they were good. Everyone seemed like they were having a great time at the first concert my little brother attended. Cage the Elephant was next, and they were great, sounding identical and having lots of energy. The Silver Belles were amazing, playing for a really long time. I'm quite upset that they didn't play DOA though. I love how Dave ate it twice and kept it going, with the fans there being really nice, except the few that were annoying because they wanted to get closer. As time went by, I got a lot closer and ended up being the 2nd/3rd by the end of the night, having pit tickets for $56, which I couldn't complain about. I was like the 4th/5th person from the front. Along with this being my first pit experience, I also had another "first time" experience, as I was that girl that all of you were mad at because I had the bright idea of crowd surfing. Once I got down, some guy pushed me. Seriously, a guy? If I wasn't having so much fun, I would've caused a mess. However, I didn't want to ruin a perfect night. I work for a parking company at a different venue and all I can say is A. parking is expensive and B. why do you guys only have one exit? To make a long story short, I would definitely go see them again. I just want to say thanks to that drunk guy that helped me get up and crowd surf. Didn't even know him. I don't even know where he came from, but he came at the right time :)
